As you may have heard right around Advertising Week 2015 in New York City (just a little over month ago), YP joined forces with IDC to field research around the topic of today’s unique and ever-changing consumer journey – dubbed “Zig Zag: The New Consumer Journey Zeitgeist.” And today, we’re making it even easier to learn more about this new “Consumer Journey” via a new, dedicated web page where you’ll be able to access all information related to the IDC research study (and more!) as it becomes available.
